| We don't charge insane hourly rates! A complete grooming and spa experience is very affordable regardless of the amount of time spent with your pets. We don't charge extra for late pickups etc. |

We operate from our location under a conditional use permit granted by CBJ that strictly limits our hours and days of operation and the number of animals we can have on site at a time. We would like to remind all clients to please extend the following courtesies to our neighbors and community:
1) Obey all traffic laws and drive very slowly on Snipe Ct.
2) Do not stop or park in the street (we have ample off-street parking). Never block or park in a neighbor's driveway.
3) Do not show up without an appointment, as we are required by our permit to limit the number of animals on site at a time and the traffic that they generate.
4) Please keep your animal(s) on a leash or carry them to and from your vehicle.
