Please show up on time
Scheduling animal grooming appointments is a complicated and carefully orchestrated process. Because every appointment is unique, showing up late or early creates a cascade of events that effects every other customer scheduled for that day.
Please respect others in our community and show up at your scheduled time.
Our Conditional Use Permit strictly limits the number of animals we can schedule and our hours of operation. Unlike a doctor's office, we can not accept drop-in appointments and try to "squeeze them in". If you don't show up for an appointment, the lost business can never be replaced and customers who were looking for an earlier appointment miss an opportunity.
If you can't make your appointment on time, please call 907.321.4124 and let us know as soon as possible.
We don't have a sweeping across-the-board no-show/late policy but any client who becomes a chronic problem may be subject to a $35.00 no-show fee.
